As long as your card remains valid, your points can be used for a period of up to 3 years (current year + 2 years). When your card expires, they will remain valid for 6 additional months. Compliments Points cannot be earned in combination with other loyalty programs (e.g.: airline companies, etc.).

Furthermore, Sofitel Privilège cardholders are also members of the SkyMiles® loyalty program of Delta Airlines or AAdvantage® of American Airlines and can convert their Compliments Points into frequent flyer miles.
Similarly, members of the American Express Membership Rewards loyalty program can convert their Membership Rewards Points into Compliments Points.
